AVAILABLE AS A FREESTANDING STOVE Kenmore Elite Induction Top Range

Overview Only available in Stainless Steel Finish Styling is consistent with Kenmore Elite line  Bowtie handles, premium materials, contemporary/modern feel True Induction top with four induction burners Largest single oven capacity with true convection baking

Introduction to Induction Differs from classic radiant heat electric tops  Instead of an electric burner heating up, and thus heating a pan, Induction instead uses electromagnets to heat the pan directly  This much more efficient method heats up cookware almost as fast as a gas cooktop, and will boil two cups of water in 90 seconds

Benefits More efficient use of electricity saves money Induction is instant on and instant off, so you do not have to move a pot that is boiling over to another burner that is off Since the heat is generated inside of the pan, the cooktop never gets hot, which is safer and allows for very easy cleanup. If you spill something, pick up the pan, wipe, and continue cooking!

Limitations This type of cooktop will only work with cookware that is induction suitable  An easy way for your customer to check: If a refrigerator magnet sticks to the bottom of the pot or pan, it is induction ready!

Kenmore Advantage The Kenmore Elite Induction Range is a true four burner Induction range  Other brands give you only one or two induction burners while the others will be inefficient radiant burners Largest capacity oven (6.2 cubic feet) featuring True Convection baking

Convection Oven With this massive oven, customers can enjoy baking more food in less time  Oven includes four racks that, when used with convection cooking, can be loaded with food without the worry of having hot and cold spots inside the oven  Ensures an even and quick bake

How Convection Works A fan is located at the back of the oven cavity. When in convection mode this fan pumps more heat at a lower temperature into the oven. The fan effectively circulates the air inside the oven, creating an even heat throughout while cutting traditional cook time by 29%  Imagine baking four racks of cookies at the same time almost a third faster!

Other Premium Features Knob-less control panel  Completely digital panel consists of one seamless glass pane that is easy to clean Digital Meat probe  Never open your oven to read meat thermometers again. Internal meat temperature displays right on control panel Self-Cleaning oven racks  Leaving the oven racks in this stove while you self clean the oven won’t cause them to warp or discolor thanks to being double dipped in porcelain AirGuard  This Kenmore exclusive feature completely eliminates odors coming from the oven when it is cleaning or baking something you don’t wish to smell
