BBC News, 20 th March 2010 at Police have battled with thousands of demonstrators during clashes between the English Defence League (EDL) and Unite Against Fascism (UAF) in Bolton. Sixty-seven people were arrested, including the UAF protest organiser on suspicion of conspiracy to commit violent disorder, police said. BUT, at this time, 16.47, the organisers themselves did not know that they had been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy so why did the police report this to the BBC?

The police have had to confront the reality that surveillance is a two way street, even if currently the State’s side of the street is a good deal wider. 3 rd July 2014 Physical Violence in Bolton Town Hall by “supporters” of UKIP and Tories who opposed a replacement Mosque Events in Bolton Town Hall last Thursday afternoon (3rd July) exposed – for all to see – the strategy underpinning the far right: use the platform of democracy to try and smash that very democracy through physical violence, verbal intimidation and threats. Now it must be STOPPED – dead in its tracks.
