V. The Kingdom of heaven has the power to transform lives, it gives all who are serious about the things of God a second chance at life!

A. The kingdom of heaven’s power to change lives is not based upon rehabilitation or a 12-step program but by transformation of the soul, the very fabric of our being! 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV) 17Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

B. The kingdom of heaven has the power to transform our body! Romans 12:1 (KJV) 1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

C. The kingdom of heaven has the power to transform our soul! Romans 12:2 (KJV) 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

F. However, after our initial transformation we must make an effort to stay in the kingdom of heaven and walk with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ! Ephesians 4:22-24(KJV) 22That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 23And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; 24And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
