EXPLOATATION WP7 Sustainability of the project Business&marketing plans for trainings to PA etc 7.1Preparation of business&marketing plan for trainings after the end of project 7.2.Preparation and signing of memoranda on cooperation with PA, BC, NGOs or trainings after the end of project ◦ Lead partner - Coordination of activities among UB, UN, UoM, UNTZ and US, sharing of experiences and mutual support ◦ X – US, UB, UN, UoM, UNTZ should invest its authority to successfully negotiate and sign as many memoranda on cooperation with the relevant public and private institutions and organizations. ◦ O – UA (Spain) will consult WB partner universities in devising most effective strategies for signing memoranda with the relevant institutions and organizations.

QUOLITY PLAN Preparation of instructions for project reporting by the Steering Committee Monitor visit to training centers by EU partners and preparation of reports Peer review of curricula, methodology and delivered trainings Internal analysis of delivered trainings Inter-project coaching ◦ Lead partner: RU (United Kingdom) will coordinate quality assurance activities of the partner institutions. Team members from RU will visit established centers for EU public policies and assess their research and training capacity. RU will also assign their experts to assess the final versions of training programs, course syllabi and delivered trainings and prepare the report. ◦ X Representative in steering committee will participate in preparation of Instructions for reporting. Trainers will prepare report on internal analysis of the delivered trainings; Only representative of BOS in steering committee have certain role in this WP - participation in preparation of Instructions for reporting. ◦ O - Team members will visit established centers for EU public policies and assess their research and training capacity and will also assign their experts to assess the final versions of training programs, course syllabi and delivered trainings and prepare the report IPL (Portugal), UA (Spain). NISPAcee representative will participate in preparation of Instruction for reporting. NISPAcee will assign their experts to assess final versions of training programs, course syllabi and delivered trainings. ◦ 36 months
