 Read Question 1a so you know the focus of your summary. Q1a is worth 4 marks.  Spend 5 minutes reading Source 1. As you read, underline/highlight any phrases which relate to the question. Aim to find 4 phrases.  Spend 2 minutes writing these in your own words in the correct spaces.

 Read Question 1b so you know whose feelings you are going to explore, and about what. Q1b is worth 4 marks.  Spend 3 minutes re-reading Source 1. As you read, underline/highlight any phrases which reveal the person’s thoughts. Aim to find at least 4 phrases.  Spend 5 minutes explaining how the person feels. Aim to make and explain 4 points.
