Persuasive Letters are: Addressed to an individual person or a company  Example: a parent to a teacher; a customer to a company Does not exceed one page Contains some supported facts  Example: statistics, researched facts May contain some opinion  Example: I don’t believe there is adequate reasoning for requiring students to wear uniforms. May contain some personal experience  Example: I dreaded wearing uniforms at my old school because I wanted to be different.
