Directive 2001/42/CE was introduced the Strategisc Environmental Assessment (SEA) that is an important instrument for the integration of environmental aspects in the elaboration and adoption of plans and programs. EIA: This is a technical administrative procedure for the sistematic evaluation of the environmental impacts produced by interventions nd projects (public or private). The EIA is to be understood as the analysis of the complex system of natural and human resourses together to their reciprocal interactions in order to achieve an elevated environmental quality. Directive 92/43/CEE and consists of a progressive evaluation procedure of the effects that plans and projects can produce on NATURA 2000 sites, inside or outside the site itself. IPPC e EIAu: Common E.U. strategy for the improving of environmental performances of the industrial complex that needs autorisation. 21 With regard to methodological framework our task-force work are working on integration between SEA and Nature 2000 assessment, starting from best practices analysis and ordinating them on plan tipology base: 1.FAS national plan of Campania region; 2.Po river district management plan; 3.Coordination territorial plan of Forlì-Cesena Province; 4.Territory government plan of Monzambano (MN) Municipality.
