Design considerations Hidden items still show up in searches traverse Users still need traverse rights on the parent folders containing the packages A bug in the package selection navigation screen in the studios prevents the next page buttons from working in anything but the root of public folders –This means if a subfolder has more than the default number (15) of items the user will not be able to get to the next page  They can use the search to find the package  They can navigate to the folder in Cognos connection before launching the studio  You can limit the subfolder to show no more than 15 items in a single folder

How to move it How to move items to the project folder How to move items to the project folder –Click the checkbox next to the items you wish to move cut –Click on the cut icon –Navigate to the folder you wish to place the items paste –Click on the paste icon The hidden property The hidden property  The hidden option is found in the general tab of properties called ‘Hide this entry’  The hidden option is restricted to report authors and folder administrators
