2 What are idea rating sheets? Equal opportunity meeting tool Gather everyone’s ideas Recognize collective opinions

3 1. Information 5-10 minutes Presentation on the session topic Review the background materials provided [insert image of background materials, e.g. cover page]

4 2. Small Group Discussions minutes Quick round of introductions Share ideas and opinions: 1.[question number one]? 2.[question number two? Comment: Less questions the better.
