By: Kayla Robb. These stay very moist and chewy for a couple of days (if they can even last that long!) This recipe makes 2-3 dozen cookies. They’re very delicious and I know you’ll love them!!!!

 One box of devils food cake mix  2 eggs  1/2 c. vegetable oil  One container of cream cheese icing

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together, roll into walnut- sized balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake for 8-10 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet, then move to wire rack to cool.  Once cool, stick to cookies together with the frosting and you get...

There are other ways you can alter this recipe:  Add walnuts, pecans, or coconut. Also add chocolate chips, M&Ms, or butterscotch chips.  Mix or match other cake mixes.  Before baking, add a Rollo to the center… Once it cooks, you will have caramel filled cookies!  You can be very creative!!! Just have fun with it :)
