9. Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
1. Combine the following in a 5 quart
mixing bowl:
¼ cup margarine
¼ cup shortening
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar

1 ¼ cups flour
½ t baking soda
¼ t salt
Mix the dry ingredients in step 2 with the combined mixture in step 1 until well-mixed.
