LEADING AND MANAGING Early Stage Vision Equitable Educational Opportunity Planning and Allocating Resources Infrastructure and System Integration Knowledge and Skills Policy making Accountability Early Stage Transitional Stage 21st Century Leading and Managing Vision – Includes integration of 21st century skills as overall vision for students through promotion and facilitation. Equitable Education – Ed. Goals, teaching strategies and assessments reflect needs of a diverse population, tools are distributed equally and all students have access to 21st century skills. Planning & Allocating Resources – allocation and infrastructure are structured to provide students, parents, teachers and administrators with access to 21st century tools and technology, there is tech support, and all district services are connected. Higher Ed. & Teacher Prep. – all teacher prep programs graduate teachers who are proficient in content area and 21st century skills, prep programs promote the alignment of their programs to K-12 ed strategies.
