Addresses needs of aging population who need community-based supports such as unpaid family caregiver support and behavioral health and memory care. » Adult Protective Services ($1.5M GF-S; $274,000 GF-F) − Hires staff to ensure in-home investigations that protect vulnerable adults are completed in 90 days. Complexity and time spent investigating each case have increased. Financial exploitation cases now represent nearly 1/3 and self-neglect cases account for ¼ of all cases. » Rekhter lawsuit court decision − Restores provider direct care add-on ($87.8M in supplemental budget)
