Search for duplicate records by: – running a report and sorting by title, ISBN, and author – review reports for duplicate titles, ISBNs, and authors – compare fields of suspected duplicates carefully before merging/deleting

Creating an electronic catalog (Non-automated libraries) Sign up for MARC Set Go (retrospective conversion software) training. --Offered once a month with the exception of August Provide the DLIS with MARC record files provided by book vendors Use MARC Set Go to enter all other items Retrospective conversion must be complete one month prior to end-user training
