Dragon Express Dragon Express Inc. is a courier company. It has 1000 branches around 200 countries and 500 partners. It has 380 aircrafts and 10,000 employees. It picks up and delivers 1,000,000 articles every day. We don’t know how many people track their goods every day.

Data and work flow(high level) We deliver goods from cities to cities. We use several big cities as hubs to get goods together for same destination for economical reason. We put all information in Stamford, so people can track their goods more accurate and faster. Where the goods are? What the goods status are? When my customer can get it? Can you hold it for one day? Can I send it to another places.

Pick up guy put the goods into warehouse. 4. Warehousemen pack the goods for different destination. 5. Dispatchers order flights to carry the goods and send documents to departure and destination customs.

Our ShangHai branch go to the PuDong airport to pick up the goods through custom. 9. Goods will be sent to warehouse. 10. Delivery guy will deliver it ASAP. 11. Total amount of time is less than 24 hours(from midnight of the day we pick up the goods).
