The Gold Rush Not true story

Story Plan Setting is at the gold mines. Imagaining that I was in the gold rush with my family. Characters are me, dad, brother and mum and some other characters How gold was like in the 1850’s My dad is the miner

Starting the story! First page Gold rush One day my dad said to my family “lets go dig in the gold mines “ we all agreed so we went to the mines but there was a person (jack) said ‘ you can’t just get gold and run home you have to live here!’ we wanted to start going home but it was too late we already started digging. There is no gold here! Said dad. Don’t worry dad I said we will go and set up some huts. My mum said “Michael (my brother) you go with dad and Melanie comes with me. So me and my mum built a hut and my brother and dad built there hut. It was so small but strong shelter.

Second page gold rush We started to grow some vegetables next to our huts when we were finished making the food my dad came and said “no gold yet” After we ate me my brother and dad came to the mine but mum was taking care of the huts. I was really scared when I went into the mine. When I took one step in there were thousands of people! My brother saw something shining He said “ Quick give me the shovel!” he nearly was about to dig gold but another miner got it! “ we were so close!” dad said. It became night time and we had to sleep when we went in the rooms we noticed that mum set everything up.

Third page gold rush We got into our beds but we didn’t get much of a good sleep because many people were screaming and saying “ Yay I found gold!”. We got up this morning and someone gave us some chicken so we got the chicken and ate half for breakfast. This time we all went to the gold mines but no one was there. We went deeper in the gold mines and saw millions of people and millions of gold! It was Amazing! We got 10 pieces of gold but everyone got the rest. We went to our huts again and I made a little ball out of the gold we got. I put the rest on my shelf.

Fourth page A couple of days past in the gold rush and it was nearly the end of the year. We now got all together 20 pieces of gold we were nearly covered in it! For dinner we ate some fish and went to sleep. The week past and the year was over mum said “ we are glad that were back at home in the normal world not in the gold mines. So we kept the gold and lived a good life with no gold mines. The end!

How I did it It just took a day to do this story I didn’t get any help I just putted all my prier knowledge into it. I looked at some gold mine pictures on google for help. I think I did not struggle and I give me a 8 out of ten for the setting out for the story maybe 8 out of 10 again. :D hope you enjoyed!!!!!!!
