Introduction The story is talking about some warm events which happened in a family. We could find some valuable treasure between a mother and four daughters.

Characters Analysis Father: Mr. March who joined the army Mother: Mrs. March who had a kind heart,and liked to help the poor. Four daughters: 1.Meg who has large eyes and blonde hair. 2.Jo who likes to read books. Her behavior often just like a man. 3.Beth who was very shy and loved music. 4.Amy who loved to draw. In fact,she was very talented.

Plot Summary Christmas is coming. Their mom sent four books to them. And wrote something meaningful on them. Their mom took them to keep a poor family company. They had a warm Christmas together.Suddenly something bad happened,their father has a dangerous illness. Mrs. March and worried about it very much, and set off to Washington. Finally,the bad situation changed.

Reflection Although in the whole story, it only something happened in the daily life. But in my view point,it is so valuable,just like the treasure,I mean their love. When I read the story, I will think of my mom, my mom is as great as Mrs. March. My mom seldom beats us,she likes to chat with us before we went to bed.The teaching way is only “love” That’s why the story touched me so much.
