0.5 ECTS AIM: To consider some legal aspects when launching a new food product to the market.

After succesful completion of this unit you should be able to: Formulate a sample product with permitted ingredients in the EU Evaluate which additives and in which quantities can be used State the information necessary on a food label. Discuss if the new product should include a nutritional label
