הוא מספר לא רציונאלי שמבטא יחס מיוחד במינו הידוע ברבים כ " חיתוך הזהב " או " יחס הזהב ". מקור המספר הוא בסדרת פיבונאצ ' י, סדרה שכל איבר בה הוא סכום שני האברים הקודמים לו. 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21,... יחס הזהב :

מהו יופי ? על פי מילון ובסטר יופי מוגדר כ " סגולה שבזכותה נראה עצם כנעים או כמספק במובן כלשהו ". האם ניתן להכליל מה נתפס כנעים עבור אוכלוסייה בכללה ? האין יופי מוגדר עבור כל אדם בצורה שונה ואינדיבידואלית ?

נשאלת השאלה... האם המשתמש הפשוט יעדיף עיצוב לפי יחס הזהב על פני עיצוב אחר ?

The method of randomized paired comparison נבחנים משכילים ללא רקע באומנות ואדריכלות ואשר אינם מכירים את יחס הזהב. נבדקו בנפרד. סדרה של זוגות של " תמונות " זהות. מיקום האובייקט רנדומאלי. הנבחנים נתבקשו לבחור את התמונה היפה יותר בעיניהם.

The method of randomized paired comparison המשך הוצג סולם עדיפויות מ 1-6. עבור הצורות המאוזנות יחס הזהב היה המועדף. עבור הצורות המאונכות התוצאות אינן ברורות.

Use Case: Compose an experiment question Actors: Researcher Description: Create and store a test question, composed of chosen image, question and answer. Preconditions: a. the database consists of images with updated parameters. b. The database consists of optional questions. c. The database consists of optional questions. Post conditions: The experiment question is stored in database. Main flow: 1. The researcher wishes to compose an experiment question. 2. The system presents the images it has in DB. 3. The researcher chooses an image. 4. in case another image is required return to The system presents the different questions it has in DB. 6. The researcher chooses a question. 7. The system presents the different optional answers it has in DB. 8. The researcher chooses one type of answer. 9. The system stores the experiment question. 10. The system presents success message. 11. In case composing another experiment question is required return to 2.

Use Case: Test run Actors: Subject Description: Run experiment question and store the subject’s answer. Preconditions: a. the subject is known to the system. b. The database consists of experiment questions. Post conditions: The subject’s answer is stored in database. Main flow: 1. The subject wishes to participate in the experiment. 2. The subject provides his identifier. 3. The system presents an experiment question to the subject. 4. The subject inserts his answer to the system. 5. The system stores the subject’s answer in DB. 6. in case the test is not over return to The system presents a “THANKS FOR PARTICIPATION” message.

Use Case: Data Processing Actors: The Researcher. Preconditions: all the experiment results is in the database Post conditions: the ASCII CSV file is created successfully. Main Flow: 1. The researcher wishes to export experiment results to statistical software. 2. The system presents the export screen 3. The researcher chooses the experiment to export 4. The researcher chooses the name and location to save the file 5. The system generates the file
