2. Requirements  Develop an interface to generate a text file.  The text file is then passed to one of five Fortran application to be executed.  The Fortran output is saved as a Text file.  Give the user the option to generate a pdf document.

3. Technology  C# will be used to generate the text files.  The graphical interface will be built in C#  Fortran is used for the backend applications  PDF generation is done by iTextSharp
