Why Electronics Recycling?  It fulfills GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDER #06-02: “Sustainability for the 21 st Century”  It aligns with DEQ POLICY that recognizes recycling as preferable to disposal, but prevention and reuse as preferable to recycling.  It addresses a key need for public agencies.
