Technical assistants tasks Technical helpdesk with – Moodle & Pilot tools and contents Reported technical problems – Virus warning in a Word document In fact it was a problem with some anti-virus programs!!! – Opening PowerPoint session files In some Operating Systems/Browsers combo – Opening some linked files in PowerPoint Detected solely in one session files – Portfolio submission issues An step-by-step guide was produced
