MID-TERM CONFERENCE 26 th January 2012 DE-LAN USER JOURNEY ENGAGECOMMUNICATEPARTICIPATEREVIEW CONNECT How users find out about DE and are encouraged to register or review the capabilities it can offer them How users penetrate the vast range of knowledge, information, insights, best practice, events, guides, tools and find the solutions that are right for them Organisations and individuals access funding and partners to initiate DE development programmes Understanding review criteria – accessing assessment and evaluation tools INTERACT Building awareness of the range of opportunities to support the policy agenda and take the first steps towards action Attending seminars, events meetings (online and face to face) to develop understanding of opportunities Applying for funding or setting up projects for DE development Uploading project review and outcomes COLLABORATE Engaging with others within the DE network to discuss or develop opportunities Collaborating with others to develop new insights and knowledge Reaching out to partners / suppliers and other stakeholders to help develop and deliver programmes Helping others to understand the insights generated within the programme and to deliver similar value / understand lessons learned.
