Field Operations Unit Status Field Operations Unit Status Goal for Callouts and Special Events is 25 – 33% depending on unit. About 40% of members do not meet the goal! This year 27% of members have not participated in ANY unit callouts or Special Events!

Field Operations Unit Short-term Objectives Field Operations Unit Short-term Objectives  Each shift to develop a training plan and calendar timeline for certification of members using the Task Books for all vehicles i.e. MABAS 16 Air; 352; 357; Rehab 7. The Plan should include separate treatment for Drivers and /or Vehicle Operators and a schedule for implementation.  Create a formal general monday training calendar of events for  Focus on MABAS 16 Air and 352 / 357 training given their frequent use.
