Field Operations Unit Status Field Operations Unit Status Goal for Callouts and Special Events is 25 – 33% depending on unit. About 40% of members do not meet the goal! This year 27% of members have not participated in ANY unit callouts or Special Events!

The Plan should include separate treatment for Drivers and /or Vehicle Operators and a schedule for implementation.  Create a formal general monday training calendar of events for  Focus on MABAS 16 Air and 352 / 357 training given their frequent use.
