Membership & Recruitment o SRM membership experiencing flux between o Membership Action Team – Sandy Wyman (Chair) o Initial Goal: Target graduating seniors, graduate students, and agency personnel for membership o Membership Services Task Force o Define what is needed to process, manage & improve upon the SRM database, membership services & annual meeting registration

Positive Trends: Endowment Fund o Generous bequest received from the estate of Don Bettejoe Pendleton. o SRM has received a partial distribution from the estate of $350,000 o Current Endowment balance: $866,774
