U NDERSTANDING F IBER Nutrition Labels can be confusing. The label offers how much of each nutrient is in one serving of a product. Locate how many grams of fiber are in food items to make sure you are consuming the right amount! Be aware of how many servings are in a product! 5% DV or less of a nutrient is considered low. Try to find foods that have at least 20% of your daily value of fiber.
