Here are the desired qualities and qualifications of the different departments: Our chief executive department keeps their head when it is getting stressful. They have a big amount of soft skills and experiences with managing international projects. They are good at planning ahead and designing strategies. They keep constant contact with the departments The Public Relations Department is good at working under time pressure. They are committed team workers. They know how to find the right tone for communications and publications. They create contacts to publishing media and to our partners.

RACbay Consulting International Business Simulation October 2003CCBC7 People in the Research and Development Department have good experiences with Ebay and other E-Business services. They all have good knowledge of Internet, web design and online-research. They design procedures for developing the concepts that will be sold. They have a feeling for “concepts that sell” and develop products that have unique selling points compared to similar products on the market. In our Marketing Department, there are young, flexible workers full of creative ideas and top motivation. They are strong communicators, people with knowledge of e-Commerce and they have practices in marketing with the helpful talent to organise in a team. They keep constant contact with the R&D department to make sure that their advertisements contain the best products and concepts. They also advise the R&D department on where to develop new concepts that will be marketable.

RACbay Consulting International Business Simulation October 2003CCBC8 The experts of the Finance Department already collected experiences as workers in different companies, they have good knowledge in accounting with the typical German reliability mixed with a good sense of humour. They make sure that the company does not overspend and that the departments receive the money they need to develop. Our Sales Department is very good in planning, organising and handling projects. Two special qualities are to compose between people in conflict situations on the one hand - what keeps customers happy – and the second quality is the reliability with which they always try to achieve the best solution. They try to be in constant contact with the (potential) customers and prepare the ground for good sales. They work in close relationship with Marketing and PR.
