Today’s meeting… How can ISE become more sustainable and achieve its mission and strategy? What are the role and operating principles of the ISE Advisory Board (AB) in relation to AB Standing Committees, Action Teams, and ISE’s “management” team? How can we balance such operating principles as inclusion, nurturing, enrollment, collaboration, reflection and inquiry with principles of action, velocity, efficiency and results? What is ISE’s strategy in terms of points of differentiation (what will distinguish us?) and scope (Global or NJ focus? Corporate, government, non-profit, or academic focus?)? How do we prioritize various ISE initiatives in terms of resources and results? How can we gain entry and traction with organizational decision makers around membership and participation? Should we become a marketing arm for sustainable management services by other likeminded organizations? What might be the venue, size, focus, and sponsorship structure of a major spring 2007 conference on managing sustainably, co-hosted with the UN Global compact and other sponsors?
