Introduction: Leifo E5 Growth Model A process and a method of building and enhancing business growth path and opportunities in companies and organisations aiming at:  Conceptualizing and harmonizing of Production + People + Profitability = Growth in a company;  Building and enhancing forward looking skills in invention, new markets, deal-making, flexibility, profitability and productivity for company growth;  Operationalize a business concept (actualize the linking of a business idea with practice) within the company or business’ normal/usual business work environment;  A 12-week business growth mentorship and coaching;
