Global Instructor Resources Contest Karen Alderson Regional Technical Manager, USA/Canada kalderso@cisco.com

Global Instructor Resources Have you visited the GIR site yet? GIR, which is Global Instructor Resources in short was launched in Dec 2012. From its name you might have guess that its is a consolidation of all teaching materials shared by instructors and TA members. It contains a wealth of technical resources created globally, make available to every Network Academy Instructor around the globe. You can leverage these resources as additional learning materials, introduce multimedia content such as videos to capture your students’ attention and make learning more engaging. There are over 147 resources from 7 different categories. More topics are being added each week. We have a category that we specially recommend for those materials that is a “must-read” . We have added some enhancement to the site, and you can now contact any of the Technical Managers by pointing and clicking your mouse on the person in the banner and an email will be automatically generated.
