 Direct access: SSASECT  Enter Adding A Course In The Banner Schedule

Adding A Course in the Banner Schedule- Step 1  Enter term  TAB  ADD in course reference block)  Click in subject block  Add course data NOTES  Always select Print and Gradable  You can always double click in blocks for options

Adding Course in the Banner Schedule- Step 1 con’t. Maximum ____ (enter the desired number) Projected ____ (if the block isn’t entered, enter the same number as in the maximum block) Save Click on Block/Next

Adding Course in the Banner Schedule- Step 2  Select the day of the week for the class  Enter the class time  Enter the Building and Room Number  Save (This is when the CRN number will appear in the course reference block)  Next Block

Adding Course in the Banner Schedule- Step 2con’t. Enter ID (social Security Number) Save Rollback and verify information
