This show Has been one of the most successful TV shows for 10years and is still watched by millions most of the company's profits where made off of who wants to be a millionaire? And the film slum dogs millionaire was one of celador’s most successful films. Celador also make successful radio stations which bring in a large amount of money.  What larger company are they part of? Celador’s larger part of company is complete communications. Which also make a lot of money they also buy out a lot of company's. this was until celador made enough money to buy them selves out.

Operating Model  How does the company go about making films? Celador is a small production company which makes films on a project by project basis. They contract a freelance staff to get their films made, which means that they are only there to make that certain film. Small production companies like celador often get their funding through initial capitalization, this can be through bank loans, investors or even personal finance. There could also be matched finance. There could also be matching available from bodies like screen west midlands. They could also be founded by their parents company, although in celadors position this would not be the case. Co-founding and partnership could also be an option, usually lots of smaller companies get together to make a film and put together their funds. They could operate through distribution fees by selling the project to a distribution before its made. They could also license the project to a big production company. The company celador used founds from other films and profits they have made to put in to making new film and making bigger profit. When creating the decent, celador films used profit and co – founding's to keep the film funded so they could continue production. The distribution company pathe brought a distribution in the making of the decent so the film could actually be released, celador used the money that they gained from pathe as production money for the decent. They also used their own funding during the creation so they could use funds later on during the production time of the decent.

Products Products produced by celador Celador has produced a range of films and other products such as TV programs one of the first films made by celador is Dirty pretty things this film was made in there where also more such as the decent and one of the most popular was Slum dogs Millionaire won four Golden Globes and received eleven BAFTA nominations. competitors  Competitors of celador Celadorfilms are in competition with ticket sellers and film release dvd sale. Celador is only a small production company although they are actually quite successful. They have only released seven films in ten years. Celador although is a small company has big competitors and one of there bigger competitors is Sony pictures entertainment as they make a lot of films at high quality and have big sales. Sony have released films such as the smurfs and after death. smurfs is really popular with younger people which means they earn a lot of money from parents buying it for there kids and family's. The biggest different is that making these films cost 100+ millions were the budget for celadors films such as the decent are much cheaper to make and still make a huge amount of money. One of sonys biggest best sellers is spider man which has made the a huge profit as it is popular with kids and people who like spider man films and comics. Sony also release several Films every year as celador have only released 7 films in10 years which means that even though they play less they have less films out and make less money than Sony. As you can see celador only paid $3.5million to produce their film. From the data from the other slide as you can see going from the most made money industry to the smaller amount. 1. Sony with spider man Syncope with batman begins. 3. Celador with the decent. 4. DNA films with 28 days later.
