PROGRAMME DESIGN FOR NATIONAL WORKSHOPS FOR JOINT TRAINING OF VET & COMPANY TUTORS LLP LDV Transfer of Innovation project "Q-Placements" LV1-LEO

To improve the quality of national and transnational work placements, apprenticeships, other forms of WBL through: better cooperation between VET and enterprises/host companies; better skills of tutors from VET and host companies to provide support and guidance to VET trainees before, during and after placements; LLP LDV Transfer of Innovation project "Q-Placements" LV1-LEO

Some outcomes of the project : Lead trainers in each partner country; Trained tutors from VET and companies with better skills of cooperation, with skills ensuring better QWP ; …… LLP LDV Transfer of Innovation project "Q-Placements" LV1-LEO

Step 1: Defining main issues for ensuring QWP in your country T hese issues have to be important for key parties involved; These issues will form a basis for designing objectives and outcomes of the workshops; These issues have to be highlighted during the national workshops training; LLP LDV Transfer of Innovation project "Q-Placements" LV1-LEO

Step 2: Please define objectives and outcomes of national workshops Defining your objectives for a workshop is a critical step in the whole development process; Without a training objective trainers don't know exactly what it is to be taught, learners don't know what they are to learn; A training objective/s must be clearly stated; Defining objectives helps to structure seminar LLP LDV Transfer of Innovation project "Q-Placements" LV1-LEO

How to formulate a good objectives? the objective/s contain an action verb that describes doing something that can be seen and measured. a few workshop objectives defined usually; objectives have to enhance, facilitate learning process ; LLP LDV Transfer of Innovation project "Q-Placements" LV1-LEO
