Key Activities What are your hypotheses about key activities? What must your business do to make the business model work? For example: Intellectual property? Technology development? Production? Supply chain management? What are your hypotheses about key activities? Internal or external sources? Costs What experiments will you design/carry out to verify these hypotheses?
