(4) Declaration of Originality Form

The originality of your work By signing the Declaration of Originality you attest that (among other things) you have authored the work in question yourself; read the ‘Citation Etiquette’ information sheet on plagiarism; and adhered to the rules of citation standard in your disciplines. A signed Declaration of Originality is a component of every Bachelor’s/Master’s thesis, semester paper or other qualifying paper written during the course of studies (including the electronic versions).
