Tips for a Job Interview  Preparation — Research the company; (company history, products, market…) — Find out what qualifications are most wanted for this position; — Review your qualification for the job; — Prepare your answers to the questions most likely to be asked; — Role play an interview with a friend or relative; — Arrive before the scheduled time of your interview.

Tips for a Job Interview  Personal appearance — Be well groomed; — Dress appropriately; — Do not chew gum or smoke.

Tips for a Job Interview  Body language — Wait to be asked to be seated; — Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Show you want the job with your interest.; — Do not chew gum or smoke; — Don’t fold your arms or cross your legs.

Tips for a Job Interview  During the Interview — If you don’t understand a question, ask the interviewer to say it again or ask a question to clarify your doubts. Don’t pretend you understand it. — Ask questions about the position and the organization, but avoid questions whose answers can easily be found on the company web site. — Also avoid asking questions about salary and benefits unless a job offer is made. — Thank the interviewer when you leave.
