DISCUSSION GUIDANCE Modules validity at the current situation? Alternatives for invalid modules? Do we need time limit for each training program? The modules were formulated according to the strategic plan by then. Do we have to consider Training programs in our current strategic plan?? Do we need to make these training program as an independent activity?? Do we need to employ coordination for this work??

Discussion cont…. What are our suggestions on outreach programs? Isn’t it also a high time to think of the duration of the courses if they real meet the expectations of our stake holders? Accommodation for the participants – TPRI Hostel??, Old PPD building?? Do we need short term and long term programs???

Others Biodiversity (missing in old training programs??) But present in the current strategic plan. We need to consider biodiversity training programs

WHAT DOES THE TPRI STRATEGIC PLAN SAY ABOUT TRAINING? In the Strategic Plan training is under program 3 which is “Outreach and Training Program in sustainable management of pests, biological diversity and environment”
