THEMATIC WORKING GROUP Objectives Objective 1. Who are we? Portuguese non-profit association for innovation, knowledge and technology transfer and business development within the agricultural, agrifood, forestry, biotech, landscape and environmental sectors, Mission - strengthen the links between science and industry and support the development of technology and knowledge-based businesses Areas of expertise: Entrepreneurship and business development Innovation and technology transfer International cooperation for development Digital knowledge communication

INOVISA leads a Portuguese innovation network based on technology and knowledge transfer in the agricultural, food and forestry sectors, to support the transfer of innovative ideas from research labs to the real world: Rede INOVAR. This network was created in 2011 by a consortium of 10 entities, representing both the scientific and the business community. Nowadays, Rede INOVAR has 77 national entities, representing the most important active innovation stakeholders in the Portuguese agricultural, food and forestry sectors.
