After careful review and evaluation of reports and feedback from chapters, it has been identified that most of our chapters are deviating from our well- structured FGBMFI Seminar guide and procedures. The result of this is that most weekday meetings are recording very low turnouts. Other factors include topics treated do not address the needs and aspirations (spiritual and social) of our members. The objective of this therefore, is to provide a common outline for our chapters to avoid the deviations we have been experiencing in recent times. The adherence to this outlines and our laid down procedures we believe, will bring back the effectiveness of our fellowship.

1. Spiritual Principles of Leadership This topic seeks to develop our members into spiritual leaders wherever they find themselves. Jesus the perfect example of an effective leader Jesus, the perfect example of Servant Leadership. Walking the Spiritual Talk The qualities of a Christian Leader

Impact of the Holy Spirit Here we seek to emphasise the need for the Christian, our member to totally depend on the Holy Spirit for direction and leading at all times Total dependence on the Holy Spirit; a must for all believers I can do all things The benefits of Holy Spirit Baptism Present day Christian is not growing spiritually

3. The Family It will be required that the FGBMFI member has a balanced family life. Leadership in the home keeping a good spiritual balance at home Raising Children the godly way. 6. Prayer and Worship The effect of praying without ceasing Prayer; the key to successful Christian living. The power of prayer weapons of warfare available to the believer The power of intercessory prayer The role of worship in our Christian life. The emphasis here is for the FGBMFI member to develop, maintain and live a worship and a prayerful life always.
