This Isnt News To Me What Difference Will It Really Make? This increased response rate last year means the results are more representative of the majority and we can start to use the feedback you provide to raise the profile of the training role and enhance the level of support available to you. Since Last Year:- We have started piloting the Educational Supervision Tripartite Agreement which amongst other things makes a recommendation of the amount of SPA time that should be provided for Educational Supervision and we would like to use the survey as one source of evidence to monitor its implementation. We have also developed a suite of online training materials specifically for trainers which you can find out more about on our website at fessional-development-in-education.html fessional-development-in-education.html

Why Not Have Your Say? We realise that increasing the support available to trainers wont happen overnight but you can help in the longer term by giving us evidence to help drive changes forward. From 2 nd May 2011 youll have a chance to have your say on these key areas when the GMC will issue you with an invitation to participate in this years survey. The survey will be open until 22 nd July 2011 with the results being reported in September All your responses will be treated in confidence and reported anonymously. Should you have any queries about the survey please dont hesitate to contact us at The trainees get to have their say why not have yours?
