GENERAL LAYOUT  DUCTWORK/DAMPER SECTION  QUENCH CHAMBER 5’x60’ WATER SPRAYS  CYCLONE WITH WATER SPRAYS  E-TUBES/GRID ”x 13’ CENTER PROBES W/15 ELECTRODE DISKS  FLOOR WASH  DEMISTER PADS  I D FAN 68, F  EXHAUST STACK 6’x60’

PUMPING SYSTEMS  RECYCLE PUMP Constant flow through sprays.  FLUSH PUMP Intermittent cleaning sprays.  TRANSFER PUMP Floor sump to recycle tank.  GORMAN RUPP SUMP PUMP from overflow sump to fume room sump.  SKIMMER DIAPHRAGM PUMP from recycle tank to fume room sump.  OUTSIDE SUMP DIAPHRAGM PUMP (Located by inside sump pump) Pumps from outside apron sump to inside sump.

RECYCLE and FLUSH SYSTEM  PRIMARY RECYCLE SYSTEM RECIRCULATES THROUGH WHOLE SYSTEM FROM 6000 GALLON TANK.  FLUSH SYSTEM WASHES INTERNAL AREAS FROM 800 GALLON TANK AT 3 HOUR INTERVALS. (Approx. 350 Gal. per flush)  MAKE UP WATER IS ADDED TO RECYCLE AND FLUSH TANKS TO MAKE UP FOR EVAPORATION AND SKIMMER.
