TOT – II & III On SGSY CENTRE FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT (CRD) (Affiliated to Utkal University, Bhubaneswar)

OBJECTIVES  The broad objective of the block level TOTs is to ensure effective implementation of SGSY programme in creation of livelihood opportunities to the targeted BPL beneficiaries, particularly those still practicing the traditional methods and also the weakest segment of the community for whom access to credit is not easy.  Enhance capacity building in terms of planning, project report preparation and credit planning.  Focus on identification of the existing critical infrastructure & technology gaps for value addition.  Formulate block level strategy and action plan. CENTRE FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT (CRD) (Affiliated to Utkal University, Bhubaneswar)
