Barr Hammock Levy Prairie Loop Trail BoCC Directive #2: Bring back recommendation from staff and the Land Conservation Board to be generally applicable to any publically accessible passive park that will provide a menu of buffering and security options including fences, gates, vegetative buffers, and signage.
