Rough road at intersection of Main and Retreat Rough road and potholes on Jewell. The group will be packed up. Harder to see and dodge stuff. 2 Marshalls (or HPD) here for left turn onto State. Confusing intersection. Use some traffic cones to highlight left turn lane. The Learning Corridor Hyland Park – Reroute through the park avoids a complicated intersection. Fairfield is pretty rough too. Hyland Park is a gem. Zipcar – See if Zipcar wants to be a sponsor, or will promote event. Zipcar is looking to expand downtown. Cinestudio – Cinestudio will probably put up a poster in their lobby. Get them a blurb for electronic announcement. Rough road where Zion veers right from Fairfield Pot holes on Meadow downhill Reroute is more scenic. Great views of the city and Colt Park. Quiet roads with bike lanes. Couple of pot holes on Wawarme Reroute – Less time on Franklin Ave. Scenic ride along outside of park. South St. Rough road on Wethersfield Cheshire St.

Difficult intersection. At least two marshals. Cheshire St. South St. Hubbard Rd Linmoore Pothole / bump on Maple Reroute. Victoria has rough spots, particularly at the downhill intersection with Franklin. Hubbard is scenic and quiet. Based on past experience, need more signage / flags for loop in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Perhaps Friends of Cedar Hill would be interested in having a historical option at one of the gravestones passed on the loop. Similar to the info at the Circus Fire site.

Have city sweep the ramps, and put a marshal on the bottom of river ramp to warn about bollard. Westbourne Pkwy Put a marshal here at crossing of Farmington Since Keney is late in the ride, don’t need to worry about crossing bike traffic. Ride with one way. Taking Asylum further down goes by the Connecticut Historical Society. Minimizes time on Farmington which is pretty rough. If the ride goes against one way through 2 nd leg of Keney, it sets it up nice to exit the park onto Westbourne and minimize rough section of Albany Ave. Rough with pot holes near big intersection with Boce Barlow Dangerous pot holes at bottom of hill near intersection with Windsor. Complicated intersection with Main St. Put a couple marshalls here. City needs to sweep carriage road in the park. Albany is busy (always). Need some marshals and cones here to cross onto Scarborough.
