Question Discuss your strengths and weaknesses when performing a structure/strategy. Key points: Fast Break – Option A From Observation Checklist – found 3 weaknesses Dribble up middle – Speed Moves open early – Initial reaction to rebound Tactical awareness – decision making under pressure Allowed defence to set up Prevented quick counter attack Poor decisions prevented scoring opportunities

Question Describe how you addressed the weaknesses highlighted in your Data Collection. Explain the actions you took. Key points: Training Programme From Observation Checklist – found 3 weaknesses Dribble up middle – Speed Moves open early – Initial reaction to rebound Tactical awareness – decision making under pressure What did you do?? Describe, Use diagrams? Why? 5 Star Drill Superman 11 Chasing Defender Drill

Question Describe how you adapted the structure/strategy to overcome the problems. Key points: Changed from Option A to Option C Change of shooting position to more comfortable set shot. This allowed for the fake shot and pass to top of key for set shot Enabling shot from outside the closely marker area As defenders set up due to our lack of speed Change of shooting position to more comfortable set shot.
