Page - 5 SPURS Sunset: Current Activities  Agencies are being transitioned off of SPURS in a phased approach, with all agencies being transitioned this fiscal year.  Agency Liaisons have been briefed on their timeframe for “SPURS PO Shutoff,” with the next wave of agencies taking place in March, 2005  DMS is working with agencies to understand any specific concerns related to SPURS sunset so that options for agency usage of SPURS can be identified (e.g., Use of alternate forms for purchase requests to non traditional vendors)  There are continuous meetings between SPURS Support Team, the MyFloridaMarketPlace Support Team and Aspire Support Team  Memo to Agency Liaisons was sent on January 10 th

Page - 9 SPURS Sunset: Functionality Transition  Agencies are being transitioned off of PO creation in a phased approach, with all agencies being transitioned by 5/31/05. SPURS Function Transition Timeframe *  Purchase Order Creation  End date for this function is currently being determined.  Purchase Order Edit  Transaction History will be available. Method of access to this history is currently being determined.  Purchase Order History  End date for this function is currently scheduled to be June 30,  Statewide Vendor File Updates * As dates / timeframes change, these will be communicated to agencies

Page - 10 SPURS Sunset: Agency Activities  Multi-year purchase orders will be maintained in MyFloridaMarketPlace going forward  All Blanket Purchase Orders for the upcoming fiscal year should be created in MyFloridaMarketPlace  Agencies should review open purchase orders to determine if they can be closed  As a general guideline- if an order needs to stay open past the end of the fiscal year, the order should be keyed into MyFloridaMarketPlace  At some point, a process will be run in SPURS to close out all open orders
