The fair test of a paper helicopter

Equipment: paper clips paper Scissors Your hand Stop watch\clock

Method We made the paper helicopter. Then we timed the speed of the drop attached paper clip to the helicopter and timed it and kept doing it

Aim To measure the effect of weight on the speed of the drop of a paper helicopter.

dimension = of helicopter angle of drop or style height of drop where\weather where we hold it and how we hold it material made out of weight

Speed of drop Amount of spins

Prediction By increasing weight we will increase the speed of the drop.

Results 0Paper Clip:2sec 89ms 1Paper Clip:2sec 49ms 2Paper Clips:2sec 17ms 3Paper Clips:1sec 76ms 4paper Clips:1sec 60ms 5Paper Clips:1sec 47ms 6Paper Clips:1sec 40ms

Conclusion Our paper plane flew down in a few seconds but it still looked real cool we found out that the more paper clips you put on the faster it travels down!!! Here’s a little question for all of the people in the audience……would the speed of the paper plane vary if you use cardboard instead of paper for your helicopter………….. (find out your self )

credits thanks 2 sera 4 some awesome and sneaky tricks 2 make our PowerPoint real cool!!! Sera Nicole And Jack Woo hoo Wow that’s cool
