Independence Day Weekend Extravaganza Information Form Menu

Release Form Prior to each event, all participants are required to sign the Star River Resort Release form. This form releases Star River Resort from liability except as required by law. Your guide or event director will provide you with this document prior to the event. The form must be signed by the guardian for each minor.

Minors Minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian must have a Class VI release form. Form must be signed by parent or legal guardian. Forms are available at the Star River Resort office or at the beginning of each event.
