Team Building Challenge Portfolio The Baht Builder Challenge – Indoor & Outdoor Options Teams begin the challenge with a purse of Baht 1,500. (fake money) Their goal is to earn the most money by successfully completing as many challenges as they can. The Baht Builder takes place in a large, open space (or multiple small spaces) where 18 different challenges – 6 each of (Baht 500.-, 1’000.- and 1’500.- in face value are set up for them to chose from. Teams must select then buy a given challenge (price equates to difficulty) and then plan, communicate and execute the challenge earning bonuses for early completion. They then select another challenge and continue doing so, striving to earn the maximum amount of money in the time allocated (normally 2-3 hours.) Challenges are fun and active and will test the ability of every team member to contribute, communicate, plan and solve problems.

The (Chiang Mai) City Challenge 12 challenges areas and a total of 40 plus challenges are located all over the city; and involve: visiting temples, markets and local landmarks, interacting with local people, completing physical and mental tasks, cooking, photography, bartering and more. Points are awarded at each challenge, and the team with the highest number of points at the end wins. The City Challenge takes 2-4 hrs and can take place in any city or town; we regularly conduct this event in Chiang Mai, Bangkok and Pattaya or elsewhere in the region. Teams must travel by vehicle and/or public transport to complete as many of the challenges (of their choice) as possible in the allotted time, earning a number of points related to the difficulty of and the time required to undertake each challenge. Challenges are enjoyable, activity based, often funny and will provide the team with an opportunity to enjoy the sights and the culture of the city see the city whilst also developing their team skills. The Greater Chiang Mai Challenges (5-8 hrs.) Team Building Challenge Portfolio The Greater Chiang Mai Challenges (5-8 hrs.) follow the same basic format as the ‘City Challenge’ but by expanding the challenge area to include the area surrounding the city we are able to provide a greater diversity of challenges and attractions. They may therefore include things like: Muay Thai boxing, classical temple dance, rice planting, ploughing the rice paddy using a buffalo instead of a tractor, learning a hill tribe (ethnic minority) dance etc. They are in effect an ideal day out – an interesting alternative to a conventional tour – programme presented in a format that delivers the benefits of a team building exercise.

The Botanical Garden Adventure Challenge (2-4 hrs.) Teams begin the challenge by having to solve a riddle. Solving the riddle provides them with a clue to the location of the challenge. This Amazing Race style challenge (2-4 hrs.) takes place in a very large botanical garden. 6 – 8 different challenges are set up to test the mental & physical skills of each team. Travel between challenges is by bicycle – and avoids the complication of road traffic. The goal is to complete all challenges in the fastest time. Challenges may include finding items in a maze, padding kayaks to collect information, lighting a flame from a distance, plus silent challenges, blind challenges and more. Challenges are fun filled and activity based and will test every team members ability to contribute, communicate, plan and solve problems. Team Building Challenge Portfolio

The Lady of the Lake Challenge (3-4 hrs.) Part 1 – The Riddle - Teams must first construct a raft from bamboo, rubber rings and rope, and paddle out to obtain a riddle from one of the floating riddle stations. The Lady of the Lake Challenge (3-4 hrs.) has 2 parts an takes place in a large, open space outdoors next to a lake or the ocean. Part 2. - The Rescue - After solving several riddles, teams will receive enough equipment in return to build a ‘bamboo expanding bridge across a small creek – on the other side of which is the “Lady”. The first team to rescue her is the winner! This challenge is hands on activity based option and favours those with ‘engineering skills’ It will test every team members ability to contribute, communicate, plan, allocate resources and solve problems within a given deadline. The Jungle Survival & Bamboo Rafting Challenge (4 -5hrs.) This 2 part challenge takes place at a location in the nearby mountains and on the banks of a river about 1 hr. north of Chiang Mai. Part 1. - Jungle Survival - The scenario is as follows; teams have survived a plane crash and must find food, build shelter, make a fire, cook food in bamboo, use slingshots, build a stretcher and then make their way to safety, caring for an injured passenger. Part 2. – Bamboo Rafting – Teams build their rafts from bamboo and car tyre inner tubes then set off downriver (easy level) in a race to the finish point. This challenge is educational, hands on and will test every team members ability to contribute, communicate, plan, solve problems and SURVIVE! This (5-6 hr) full on Adventure Challenge takes place at the Pang Soong Lodge, 1 hour from Chiang Mai in the nearby mountains at 1000 metres above sea level (700 metres above the city.) The challenges are great fun, require active participation, and will test everyone’s ability to contribute, communicate, plan and solve problems – in an ‘out of office’ environment. Teams must work quickly and efficiently to successfully complete all challenges in the allotted time and ahead of their competition. Team Building Challenge Portfolio

Pricing & Policy Team Building Programme Prices – start from as little as Baht per participant to Baht 3’000.- per participant for the programmes listed in this presentation. Prices are dictated by several factors: Programme Type – Some require the use of more resources than others. Location – Indoor or onsite programmes are generally lower cost as they do not require us to provide transport for the group - but some venues charge a usage fee for function rooms, outside areas. Number of Participants – Our fixed costs mean that the optimum size for a group is app 40 participants. (max is around 500 but could be higher.) Groups of less than 40 participants pay a small surcharge per person. Bookings – must be confirmed and deposits paid 6-2 weeks in advance depending on programme type and groups size in order that we may secure and allocate the resources required.
