The picture is of Europe and Africa when the sun is setting. The lights are already on in Holland, Paris and Barcelona; it's still daylight in London, Lisbon and Madrid.

In the Atlantic Ocean you can see: Azores Islands Madeira Islands Canary Islands Cape Verde Islands Greenland Iceland

Note how huge the Sahara is; it can be seen clearly both during daytime and night time. Read what the Scriptures say about darkness & light.
